iii. Products depicted on this website might be available at Loc Hair stocking salons and be sold at prices different from prices on this website or other websites as determined by the salon or not at all.

ii. All content on this site are the property of Loc Hair or its suppliers and are protected by Australian and International Copyright law. No part or portion of this site may be copied, sold or used in any manner for any commercial purpose without written consent.

3. Orders and Payments
i. All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of New South Wales. Orders can only be placed with Loc Hair by persons with capacity to contract.

ii. All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Loc Hair. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Loc Hair reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.

iii. Loc Hair is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable, Loc Hair may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.

v. Your credit card payment will be encrypted and processed by a secure payment gateway. We do not keep your credit card details on file. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages, direct or indirect, suffered by you if your credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner by a third party.

4. Goods & Pricing
i. All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable. All pricing is stated in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and is GST inclusive. The current price of each product is shown on the website at the time the order is placed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ii. Loc Hair reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders where a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error. This can occur even when an order has been confirmed and payment made. If payment has already been made, Loc Hair will immediately credit the amount charged.

iii. Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use. Questions regarding use can be directed to Loc Hair via the Contact Us page.

iv. The agreement for sale is concluded only when goods are handled over to the designated carrier.

5. Shipping
i. Loc Hair can only ship within Australia as identified in our Shipping information section. Loc Hair is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from state to state or various locations. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

i. Loc Hair or any of its associated companies including but not limited to Claremont Connections Pty Limited do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage, however caused through the usage of this website.
